This is a basic service that provides you filtered résumés of relevant candidates. The collection comes to you in a consistent, comparable and easy-to-review format. For each available vacancy, 10 relevant candidate résumés are delivered to your mailbox for 10 continuous working days (or till the vacancy is filled; whichever is earlier). The résumés that are shared with you would have gone through a first-level screening to ensure that they suite your requirements.

The résumés provided would pass through at least two levels of screening (résumé-level and a telephonic/personal interview level). As you pay only for those that are hired, we provide you with résumés till hiring is made (or for a reasonable period).
